Fannar and Sveinn < We have finished the structure of both sides, have put a plate in the bottom, finished the tension device for the hot wire, attached an electric box for the motor controllers.
|
|
Now we are solteling the wires from the stepers to extend them. After extending the wires we will make small adjustments. We have to manage how to connect the power supplier to fit with the box. Connect the hot wire, attached the end stops, and make tests.

Sveinn <We need and extra end stop cause we need 4, and we only have 3. We bought a new wire, cause the ones that we have were old and break easily.>

[GCode program]
|
|
Luis < I am a little stuck with the programming. After working on the coverter I realize its going to take too long. So I have thought about the structure of a new program. First a default code that sets the machine to 0,0 coordinates avoiding to use 8 end stops, and needing only 4. Create the GCODE of each side separately, and merging it in a program adjusting it with the time of each sentence.

I also have to test the machine cause I tried to make work a little of code but it only worked manually.>
