# Altium Education

Altium Education is a program to provide Altium licenses to students to use in their studies.

# Getting a student license
|
|
1. Go to https://www.altium.com/education/students
|
|
1. Click on the "Enroll for Free" button
|
|
1. Fill out the verification form with your RU email address
|
|
|
|
1. Click "Start Verification"
|
|
1. You will start the verification process with proxid.
|
|
|
|
1. Proxid will ask for your instituion: "Reykjavik University"
|
|
|
|
1. Proxid will need your institution email: "username@RU.IS"
|
|
|
