+1. Open the constraint manager (either on the Schematic or PCB depending upon where you set it up)
+1. Open "All Rules" ab
+1. Right click on "Rule Class"
+1. Choose "Export all rules"
+1. Pick which things to export if you don't want to include everything
+1. Click on the "Export X Items" and choose which filename to put it in
