Set the synchronizer to run the full time. Added documentation indicating that artists must add blank time at the end to eliminate the need to chop time off.

Changed sending command to send the command 5 time with 10ms spacing, now much more robust. Playtime now adds in the "delay" from resetting. Some weirdness with EOL, setting to CRLF for now.

Set script properties (keywords, eol) on the various synchronizer programs. Sanitized the general synchronizer programs so they do not contain installation specific information/configuration.
