Set the synchronizer to run the full time. Added documentation indicating that artists must add blank time at the end to eliminate the need to chop time off.

Changed sending command to send the command 5 time with 10ms spacing, now much more robust. Playtime now adds in the "delay" from resetting. Some weirdness with EOL, setting to CRLF for now.

took out the extra pauses in the Toshiba SD590EKE. Removed the timer include (not needed). Updated the information in the branched SD1091 code. Finished implementation and testing of the SD1091 code. Added a space to the formatting of the second timer UI output.

Move the second waiting and print into waitsec() function. Changed code to start by pausing the DVD twice with a short pause. Moved the play function to the beginning of the loop. Moved all the print operations into the functions that send the IR commands.
