// In powershell terminal paste this.
1. ssh-keygen -t ed25519 -C "their-email@example.com"
// Then paste this into the powershell terminal.
2. Get-Content "$env:USERPROFILE\.ssh\id_ed25519.pub" | Set-Clipboard
// This will show a long key starting with ssh and ending with your email. Copy the line but exclude the email at the end.
// Go to gitea and go to the user icon on the top right and go to settings there.
// Choose the add key / key gen tab and make a new ssh key, name it something you want and in the big box below copy the key information.
// When it has made a key go to the repository Data-Mining-Mushrooms and copy the ssh key.
// Then go to vs code and press ctrl+shift+p
// write Git:Clone in the top banner search thingy, and paste the copied ssh code.
// Then make a folder on your computer where you want to store it, please do not use one drive it has to bee on the physical side of the computer.
// Then open the project or wokspace in vs code.
// Then setting up the notebook is required, copy the whole code snippet and run it in a new terminal in vs code.
3.
py -m venv .venv
.\.venv\Scripts\Activate.ps1
python -m pip install -r requirements.txt
// When you can see the codes and notebook.ipyn for the mushrooms we need to make a separate branch for each member so we can make individual changes.
// Open a new terminal in vs code, and check the status with
git status
//then make a switch with
git switch main
//then run
git pull origin main
//then make a new branch with
git switch -c some_name_for_branch
// then check if you are on the branch you made with
git branch --show-current
// Then when you are on the correct branch go to the tree on the left side in vs code and publish, commit the new branch.
