Subject: [PATCH] pagenum fix:  thispagestyle memman p.84

The cover environments kept having the page numbers.  I looked at the
chapter setup in the Memoir Class documentation and discovered we just
need to \clearforXX first then \thispagestyle{cover}.  Page numbers
went away on first page of cover material.
