# Reykjavik University Workspace
1. After getting a license, you will need to contact `cad-admin AT ru.is`: explain what class/project you are working on and that you need access to the Altium "Reykjavik University Workspace"
1. The first window is "License Management". You need to pick a license and click on "Use" before you can get started.
2. To access our Workspace, click on the "Not Connected" on the top right corner and pick "Reykjavik University". **Of note, anyone in the Workspace can see the work and parts that you have in this Workspace.** For more private work, create a new Workspace.
